Our Purposes
VITAL LIFE CHOCIE LTD is established to be a not for profits company and are processing to be a charity whose purposes are:
To promote the prevention and control of mental and physical diseases in human beings, specifically by disseminating evidence-based medical scientific research
and information on diabetes to increase public awareness, support early detection, encourage lifestyle changes for prevention, and promote effective management and control strategies.
Our mission statement
To provide community health counseling services with the aim of:
Eliminating the root causes of disease or suffering, especially diabetes and prediabetes
Promoting scientific understanding and raising public awareness of diabetes and its damages

As a Not-for-Profit charity (Charity subtype 13 – Health Promotion Charity), Vital Life Choice undertakes activities that promote health by disseminating medical research on mental and physical diseases to increase public awareness. We further apply scientific findings to prevent and control mental and physical diseases with the intention of benefiting the whole community.
