VITAL LIFE CHOCIE LTD is established to be a not for profits company and are processing to be a charity whose purposes are:
To promote the prevention and control of mental and physical diseases in human beings, specifically by disseminating evidence-based medical scientific research
and information on diabetes to increase public awareness, support early detection, encourage lifestyle changes for prevention, and promote effective management and control strategies.
Our Mission
To carry out community health counselling services in order to
Remove the root of disease or suffering
Promote scientific understanding
Upstream Disease of Diabetes Prevention Through Evidence-Based Intervention
Our educational resource focuses on upstream disease prevention—preventing specific diseases before they occur through evidence-based interventions targeting identified causative agents—rather than promoting general health. VitaChoice disseminates medical research to promote the prevention and control of:
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus,
Cardiovascular Disease,
Neurocognitive Disorders,
and Diabetic Complications.
